Returns
The following information applies to all products.
All items purchased on 4animalshop.co.uk can be exchanged, refunded or benefit from the right of withdrawal. The time frame for making a return procedure with exchange or refund request is 30 days from the date of receipt of the item(s) to be returned. To assert one’s right of withdrawal, the timeline extends up to 30 days from the delivery of the order. To be validated, returns must meet the following conditions:
- The product(s) must never have been worn except for a trial run;
- The product must be new;
- The product(s) returned must be the products purchased;
- The product(s) must be returned in its original box, in good condition. The product box must be placed inside another packing box;
- The product(s) must be returned within 30 days following receipt of the order. (The return time may be different if it is a partner product, see the return conditions on the product sheet);
- Packages returned empty will be subject to an exchange or refund refusal;
- It is important to follow the given procedure correctly;

- The return is processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Shipping
The cost of shipping in Italy is € 6.90 for purchases up to € 59, for higher amounts shipping is free. Shipments are made through the courier GLS.
Delivery Time.
All orders received and paid for by noon and whose product is in stock are processed by the same day. Orders received in the afternoon are filled the following day. If bank transfer or check is chosen as the method of payment, orders will be held until payment is verified.
Shipments are normally processed by SDA courier throughout the country. Deliveries take place, barring unforeseen circumstances, normally within 24/48h of shipment.
Our company sells goods normally held in our warehouse. Availability on the site is normally updated during evening hours, so some items on the site may have been sold during the day and not be immediately available. Due to the network of our suppliers, should such a case occur, we will still fulfill the order quickly.
Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what was ordered;
– that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
In case of tampering and / or breakage, the customer must immediately dispute the shipment and / or delivery by affixing the words “YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL” on the delivery document received by the courier or other operator. The customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods in the manner provided by the operator chosen for the shipment and / or delivery and / or ‘operator and according to the terms of the general conditions of sale, published on our site. In the event that the customer does not collect within 5 (five) working days the goods ordered and present in storage at the warehouses of the courier due to the repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer when ordering, the same order will be canceled and will be charged storage costs to be quantified from time to time.
