Returns

The following information applies to all products purchased from 4animalshop.it.

Products can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:

• The product must not have been worn, except for a brief fitting;
• The product must be new and in perfect condition;
• The returned product must be the same product that was purchased;
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition, and placed inside suitable protective packaging for shipping;
• The product must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order;
• Empty parcels or parcels that do not contain the purchased product cannot be refunded or exchanged;
• The return procedure must be followed correctly;
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
• Returns are normally processed within 7–10 working days of receipt.

Shipping

Shipping within Italy costs €6.90. Shipping is free for orders over €59.

We also ship to several European countries. Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds are shown in the table at the bottom of this page.

Orders are normally dispatched by the next working day. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, your order will be processed once payment has been received.

Orders are shipped using selected couriers, including BRT, Poste Italiane, UPS and GLS. Deliveries within Italy normally take 48–72 hours from dispatch, barring unforeseen circumstances.

Most products available on our website are held in our warehouse. Stock availability is updated regularly. If an ordered product is temporarily unavailable, we will do our best to fulfil the order as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs and delivery times

*Shipping to Spain is available to mainland addresses only.
Shipping to Portugal excludes the Azores and Madeira.

Receiving your order

When your order is delivered, please check:

• that the number of parcels received corresponds to your order;
• that the packaging is intact and shows no signs of damage or tampering.

If the packaging is damaged, opened or visibly tampered with, please report this immediately to the courier and accept the parcel subject to inspection.

Any damage should be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
